Aliana Development Company is a land development company initially formed to develop and exclusive 2000 acre master planned mixed used commercial and residential community. Aliana will consist of homes ranging from $250K to over $1m and is bordered by two premier Houston country clubs - The Houstonian and Shadow Hawk. Aliana will have 3-4 thousand homes when complete and will be unique from other developments because of its polo fields and facility. In addition, it will have 1mm square feet of office space and will have major retail, hotels and shopping. Aliana will further differentiate itself by having a high density town center at the heart of the development.
